Senator addresses Power-grab by Supremes

Senator John Cornyn of Texas has introduced a bill named "Private Property Act of 2005." Please read this bill. There are already 8 co-sponsors. Please ask your Senators to join him. It is in the Judiciary Committee at this moment. The proper titles are:

SHORT TITLE(S) AS INTRODUCED: Protection of Homes, Small Businesses, and Private Property Act of 2005

OFFICIAL TITLE AS INTRODUCED: A bill to protect homes, small businesses, and other private property rights, by limiting the power of eminent domain.

The bill was introduced on the 27th of June, 2005. This was in response to the rulings of the Supremes. Thank God! Now let's get it passed.
